The Boston Bruins have selected forward Maxime Comtois, who will play in their game against the Boston Bruins on Friday night.
Comtois (5-8, 170) was selected in the third round, 39th overall, in the 2014 NHL Draft by the Los Angeles Kings.
He was traded to the Bruins in late March 2015.
The 6-foot-3, 196-pound forward played his first game with the Bruins on Oct. 7, 2016, when he scored two goals and added three assists in a 4-1 victory over the New York Rangers.
He then returned to the Kings on March 6, 2017, when the team was defeated 5-4 in a preseason game against Arizona.
He has tallied 13 goals and 23 points in 73 games with the Kings this season.
